With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Mike is the go-to expert for baggage handling, hold baggage screening, and other airport systems. He specializes in design, installation, testing and commissioning, tender specifications and evaluation, and go-live support for baggage handling systems. Having served over 50 airports, Mike is a one-stop shop for technical solutions, maintenance, and operations planning for baggage handling services. He is also a highly experienced Senior Consultant for Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT), having gained deep expertise in this complex discipline through projects around the globe over the last 25 years.
Diana Anastasiadou
Diana combines deep experience in airport operations with a strong background in the tourism sector. This dual expertise lets her connect naturally with partners, bringing both personal warmth and technical knowledge to every project.
Athina Rumpf
Athina brings hands-on, ground-level experience from our recently completed project, paired with genuine enthusiasm and a tech-savvy approach to her work. She recently completed an internship with IATA, further strengthening her expertise in airport operations readiness.
