1. Who we are
VTS Consulting ("we", "us") is an aviation consulting and operational services company based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through www.vts-oman.com.
2. Data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), selected topic and message. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions and standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to deliver the service and protect against abuse.
3. Why we process it
Solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship with you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless a longer period is required for a contractual or legal reason.
5. Spam protection
Form submissions are protected by anti-spam measures provided by our hosting platform. If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through our contact form. We aim to respond within 30 days. Processing is aligned with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
